Many times, customers make a single large payment (for example, ₹50,000), but you need to enter it into Busy in multiple small receipts (like ₹10,000 or less) on different dates. Doing this manually is time-consuming and error-prone.

With our Cash Management Add-on, you only need to enter the total amount once, and the add-on will automatically split and post it into multiple receipts as per your requirement.

This saves time, improves accuracy, and makes your accounting process smooth and professional.

💡 How It Works

1. Enter the total cash amount (Example: ₹50,000).

2. Set the maximum receipt limit (Example: ₹10,000).

3. Choose date range for posting entries.

4. Click Generate.

5. The add-on automatically creates multiple receipts in Busy.

Example Output:
₹50,000 → ₹10,000 + ₹10,000 + ₹10,000 + ₹10,000 + ₹10,000

All entries are posted separately in the selected account.
