After that limit, Busy blocks any back-dated voucher and shows a clear warning on the screen instead of allowing silent changes. As a result, you close months with confidence and stop users from disturbing already reported figures.
How the Validation Works
Whenever a user creates, modifies, or cancels a voucher, the validation checks the current date against the voucher date. If the voucher falls beyond the allowed back-day window, Busy refuses the action and displays a message that the date is not permitted. You can apply different rules to different voucher types such as sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and stock journals, so finance teams can tune control as per process.
